Project Management

• Our PMs can work at any level required in your organizational structure  to assist you with meeting your deadlines or milestones. 

Consulting

• Preliminary development including recommended user requirement specifications, project analysis, and requirements.
• GAP analysis for process and equipment improvements.
• Auditing project deliverables to ensure project compliance. 

Design

• Preliminary design including user requirement specifications, project guidelines, and specifications.
• Complete initial documentation services including Software Design Documents, Functional Requirement Specifications, and User Requirement Specifications. 

Engineering Specifications

• FDA compliance documentation services (not listed above) include Operator Interface Design Standards (OIDS), Detailed Design specifications (DDS), IQ, OQ, PQ, Factory Acceptance Test (FAT), Site Acceptance Test (SAT), Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), and Operations & Maintenance Manuals 
• Gamp 4 guidelines are considered standard for our documentation. 

Network Architecture

• Single server or redundant server solutions based on your requirements.
• Architecture design includes interface equipment specifications, wiring/raceway drawings, hardware specifications, and software specifications.
• Detailed network drawings in AutoCAD or Visio
• Network installation/troubleshooting offered by our MCSE and A+ certified engineers

Drawings & Diagrams

• Electrical schematics, loop diagrams, piping/instrumentation, and process flow.
• All versions of Visio, SolidWORKS, AutoCAD and LT are offered depending on your needs.
• Professional Engineer 'Red Stamp' available

Programming

• For local control functionality, CSI programs all HMI's, OIT's, and touch panels.
• For remote functionality, CSI supports all major brands of web enabled software.
